In this candid interview, Massachusetts Senator and middle-class champion Elizabeth Warren speaks truthfully about the shooting dead of black South Carolina man Walter Scott, who was shot down from behind by an “out of control” police officer.
She makes it clear that police departments all across the country should reexamine their policing techniques, which are clearly having a disparate impact on blacks and putting them at “special risk” of being shot unjustifiably by police.
Kudos to Sen. Warren for having the guts to speak the truth about this controversial topic.
