Watch: Man Performs Exorcism On Ted Cruz, “You’re Possessed By A Demon!”
In this bizarre clip, a two men attempt to perform an “exorcism” on Ted Cruz, claiming that he had been possessed by a demon. They burst into a campaign event in Raymond, New Hampshire, and began waving crucifixes at him and screaming:
“Ted Cruz, look in the mirror and let the evil spirit depart! He’s possessed by a demon! He’s possessed by a demon! The demon has to leave. That’s why the body is so disgusting to look at!”
The men were quickly removed by security. Cruz was not pleased, but had the poor taste to somehow blame the Bernie Sanders campaign for the incident.
When questioned later, the men said that:
“We just had to get rid of the evil spirit. I hope it works. He’s very hard to be in the same room with. We had to exorcise some sort of disgusting evil spirit. There’s a reason that the body is so haggard and disgusting, and the face, and it’s all so weathered and gross and hard to look at. And it’s because he’s possessed by a demon. Being in the room with evil so close, it’s just hard to even comprehend. The evil is so deep rooted and maybe if it had to confront itself.”
Ted Cruz has finally gotten a taste of his own religious extremism. Given Cruz’s constant lying, opportunistic flip-flopping and callous lack of empathy for other people, they might not even be wrong.
