Trump Just Said He’s A “Blue Collar Worker.” George Takei’s Response Is Hilarious
Star Trek icon and LGBT rights activist George Takei took to Twitter this evening to mock Trump for declaring today in Pittsburgh the “he considers himself a ‘blue collar’ worker, in a certain way.” Trump’s remarks came at the same rally in which he proclaimed he was “great, great” friends with Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback and accused rapist Ben “Big Ben” Roethlisberger, in a subversive affirmation that he is in no way remorseful over and in fact proud of his sexual assaults, which he admitted to in a recently leaked audio tape.
Takei, who is openly gay, wrote that:
At a speech today in PA, Trump said he considers himself “a blue collar worker, in a way.” Right. That’s like me claiming I’m a ladies man.

The only blue collar Trump has ever worn was part of a suit (made in Mexico) that he hangs up in his gold-gilded penthouse. As Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton remarked:
Never heard of a “blue collar worker” losing nearly $1 billion in a year and cheating hundreds of other workers in the process. https://t.co/ln1cqSnoTV
