Justin Trudeau Just Brutally Trolled Trump In The Best Way Possible
As Donald Trump is disgracing our nation in the eyes of the world with his unconstitutional and horrifyingly discriminatory Muslim ban while closing our doors to thousands of refugees fleeing unimaginable violence, our northern neighbors are showing the world how a democratic nation is supposed to behave.
In a series of tweets timed too specifically to be anything but a response, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau shamed Trump on his platform of choice and reminded us all of just how far our nation has fallen in only a week – in two languages.

Trudeau’s timely messages are a sharp reminder that the values of tolerance and pluralism that we once shared with our close ally and neighbor have all been discarded in an instant in favor of a neo-Nazi’s agenda, implemented by pulling the puppet strings of an easily manipulable narcissist who will agree to anything if he thinks it will make him look strong and massage his insecurities.
We must stand united against the rapid march of fascism across our nation. The resistance has been loud and clear; just today, thousands of protesters are massing at New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport to demand the release of ten detained refugees. Lawyers are flocking to the airport en masse to give legal advice for refugees or citizens from the seven nations Trump has restricted travel from.
We all must do our part to mobilize and resist. This is not who we are, and we cannot let Trump win.
