Lazy Trump Taking Vacation To Florida After Barely TWO WEEKS In Office

President Trump has had a long, hard first week. He’s been signing multiple executive orders every day – in between bouts of watching FOX News and casually threatening to impose martial law on the city of Chicago – and has been quite busy trampling over the values that founded our nation and the liberties that make us who we are.

It’s been so stressful on our new president that he’s decided to take some vacation time, as per Newsweek’s Kurt Eichenwald and the New York Times’ Maggie Haberman:

As I’m sure you’ll recall, conservatives threw a veritable tantrum any time President Obama ever took time off to play a round of golf, let alone go on vacation. Trump himself on the campaign trail complained to FOX’s Greta Van Sustern about how much vacation time President Obama took:

“Well, the fact is, he takes more vacations than any human being I’ve ever seen. They used to complain about George Bush, but I understand he’s already exceeded George Bush and we’re not even through the year. So he likes vacation. Well, I mean, it sends a bad message. Here we have a country that really is going to hell in a handbasket. Let’s not kid ourselves. What’s happening to this country is horrible. All over the world, they’re talking about it. And we have a president that’s constantly — whether it’s Martha’s Vineyard or someplace else, constantly on vacation. I mean, all the time he’s on vacation! So I think it sends a very, very bad message. We have to work in this country to bring it back.”

But now that our nation is actually going to hell in a handbasket, thanks to Trump’s unquestioning willingness to sign anything that neo-Nazi Stephen Bannon puts in his hands, Trump has decided he’s had enough of this presidency thing and would rather jet off to his mansion, away from the haters and the losers to play some golf.

Trump hasn’t held what any of us would consider a “real” job for about fifteen years now, and it’s extremely unlikely he ever had to work very hard at anything. Now he has been placed in the most demanding job in the world and is already proving himself unfit – again – for the office.
