A Top Congressman Just Gave The Trump Speech We’ve Been Waiting For
Congressman Al Green (D-TX) has had enough, and he’s taking action. (Video below.)
The seven-term Representative from Houston took to the floor of the House of Representatives this morning to demand impeachment proceedings against President Trump.
Each day seems to bring a new and more dire scandal surrounding Trump’s lack of fitness for office and flagrant disregard for both ethics and the rule of law. Green could not sit by and watch our own president endanger America’s future any longer.
Several Members of Congress have begun to talk impeachment in interviews, but Green has taken things to the next level. His speech calling for the impeachment of Trump will be entered into the official Congressional Record.
This is a bold first step. Expect more Members to join Green in the coming days and weeks.
