Taxpayers Just Wasted A Small Fortune On Tiffany Trump’s Luxury Vacation
The Trump family’s appalling misuse of taxpayer funds apparently isn’t restricted to just the children that Trump pretends to care about. The Daily Mail, a UK magazine, reports that the rarely seen Tiffany Trump has been carousing about Italy on the taxpayer dollar.
The Daily Mail alleges that “official government records show three payments were made by the State Department to a car rental agency in Rome on July 18 totaling $117,489.44” for Tiffany and her mother, Marla Maples, and their Secret Service detail as they jetted around Italy.
“Federal records show that three separate payments in the amounts of $54,694.84, $39,188.64 and $23,605.96 were made on July 18 in Rome” continues the Daily Mail expose.
Trump and Maples spent two weeks zooming around the Italian countryside before jumping on a yacht for a cruise on the Tyrrhenian Sea.
This might have something to do with the reason that the Secret Service will have spent their entire annual budget by the beginning of September.
