Former Latina Miss Universe: Racist Trump Used To Call Me “Mrs. Housekeeping” (VIDEO)
More evidence of presumptive Republican nominee Donald J. Trump’s disgusting racism and horrendous misogyny is uncovered with each passing day. The latest to come out of the woodwork and denounce Trump for his cruelty is Alicia Machado, a Venezuelan model who won the Miss Universe Contest in 1996 at the tender age of nineteen.
Machado says that after she won, she gained a little bit of weight, which didn’t sit well with Trump. “She weighed 118 pounds or 117 pounds and she went to 160 or 170. So this is somebody that likes to eat” snorted the vile businessman to Howard Stern. Given Trump’s obsessive need to over-exaggerate every figure that comes out of his mouth, we can believe Machado when she says that is was only 15 pounds or so – but Trump gleefully body-shamed her anyway.
She says that Trump forced her to go to a gym and invited the media to film her workouts as a form of public shaming, and that he would insult her by calling her “Mrs. Piggy” and “Mrs. Housekeeping” because of her accent. “For sure he is not a good person,” said Machado to Inside Edition. The former model said that her experience with Trump was so traumatizing that it “led to years of battling eating disorders and psychotherapy.”
It is very clear at this point that Donald Trump only sees women as objects, their worth and value as a person determined solely by their attractiveness. Olivia Nuzzi of the Daily Beast remarked that “Trump says creepy things about [his daughter] Ivanka being hot because, to him, hot is the most valuable thing a woman can be” – a spot on analysis that really puts Trump in perspective. He is a barbarian, a primitive child of privilege who never had to mature or develop as a person, and he is uniquely unqualified to be President of the United States.
