In a news cycle dominated with bigotry and death threats to presidential candidates, we’ve decided to brighten your day – and your ears – with President Obama’s new summer playlist, which he released today. It reflects our President’s excellent taste in music and encompasses a wide array of styles and genres. “Been waiting to drop this: summer playlist, the encore. What’s everybody listening to?” tweeted out POTUS.
It’s much more contemporary than your usual “Dad music” playlist but still features a healthy mix of classics. We hope the President has a relaxing summer vacation at Martha’s Vineyard and hope all of you get to do some relaxing of your own!
