Republican strategist Ana Navarro just put her finger on precisely why President-elect Trump is getting ready to drive our country over a cliff of racial division with his pick of white nationalists to run his White House – especially Steve Bannon as Chief White House strategist. In the video below, Navarro called him out for peddling racism and signaling with his first major hires that he intends to run the White House as a racist government organization.
I think the appointments he makes early on are a signal about what kind of President he’s going to be… but what he is doing, naming somebody like Steve Bannon… who has filled his publication with anti-semetic, anti-hispanic, anti-everything headlines, you have to be concerned. But it was like you saw Donald Trump appoint Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde last night.
Stop playing games, and pretending he doesn’t know these hate crimes are going on out there. Donald Trump needs to understand that whether he’s a racist or not, he peddled in this for the last 18 months and he unearthed an ugly underbelly in America. Donald Trump did not invent racism, but he unleashed it in a way we haven’t seen in decades. Don’t be afraid, denounce it.
Navarro was even more direct on twitter, forcefully nailing the Republican President-elect to the wall for hiring the former Goldman Sachs banker Bannon to an elite position in the next Administration.
Oh, hell! White supremacist, anti gay, anti Semite, vindictive, scary-ass dude named Senior Strategist. After vomiting, be afraid, America. https://t.co/cZvP3vccjS

Ana Navarro was one of the few truly forceful voices of the right who consistently denounced her own party’s racist campaign against minorities this year, and she ended her denouncement of the Trump regime with a call to action that her own party will actively seek to censor from the moment they take office in January:
Don’t lose hope, get motivated. Get engaged. Go out there.
He’s our President, we have to deal with him for the next four years, but that does not mean you lose your right to speak. That does not mean you lose your right to be an American, that does not mean you lose your right to protest, and YOU are not alone. There are a lot of people in America who will be watching your back or will be standing in solidarity with you.
Ana Navarro is right. At this point, all that is left to do is to constantly, forcefully and ceaselessly protest the installation of racist white nationalists into our federal government.
This is the sad end result of cable news networks – in particular CNN – normalizing racism by failing to combat it from day one.
