House Republicans Just Took A Selfie. Can You Spot The Problem? (CLICK TO ENLARGE)

House Republicans met up in Washington D.C. today to meet with Vice-President-elect Mike Pence. They took a selfie together, titled “UNIFIED,” because pandering to social media is apparently part of a politician’s job these days.

While it might be a fun diversion from a busy day of trying to strip millions of Americans of their health insurance, social media quickly noticed a glaring absence in the “unified” House Republican photo:

There is not a single of person of color in the entire photograph.

How can Republicans claim to represent the American people when every non-white demographic is absent from their ranks? The only message that this is sending is that the House Republicans are proud to be representing the interests of old, rich, white Americans. So much for Trump’s promised “change in Washington.”

It’s gonna be a long four years.
