Trump Just Trashed Schwarzenegger. His Response Is Priceless
President-elect Donald Trump keeps finding new ways to prove to the country that he is incapable of letting anything go, no matter how petty the slight. The man is consumed with vengeance, to the point where even though he’s won the United States Presidency, he can’t let bygones be bygones when it comes to the past.
Trump today took to Twitter to mock NBC, which brought back the Celebrity Apprentice for another season – but with Arnold Schwarzenegger instead of Donald Trump as the host. If you’ll recall, Trump was unceremoniously fired by NBC after his racist remarks against Latinos during his campaign announcement speech.
Which obviously still bothers Trump, because why else would Trump begin childishly comparing the size of his ratings to Arnold Schwarzenegger’s?

According to the Hill, “Monday’s premiere drew 4.9 million viewers — a 44 percent drop from the 2015 season premiere, which Trump hosted. Schwarzenegger’s debut suffered as a result of being forced to compete with the premiere of ABC’s “The Bachelor,” which scored 1.7 million more viewers.”
But obviously Donald Trump cares very deeply, or he wouldn’t be tweeting about it. For his part, the former Governor of California fired off a response of his own, one we hope but have little confidence Trump will take to heart:

It is impossible to picture Donald Trump working hard for anything that did not benefit himself, because nothing he’s ever done indicates that Donald Trump cares about anyone or anything else but Donald Trump.’
It is deeply depressing to see our president-elect picking these stupid, petty fights with famous folks just so that he can have the last word on a feud that should have been over a year ago. Why don’t you put down the phone and stop watching television, Donald, and go attend an intelligence briefing or doing something presidential for once?
