A Trump Fan Just Attacked Mark Hamill. Hamill’s Response is EPIC
No subtle Jedi-mind tricks here. Actor Mark Hamill took to Twitter (below) on Tuesday to silence a Pro-Trump troll who dared to take-on the Star Wars legend.
Back in November, Hamill made comments about the then President-Elect in an interview with The Daily Beast to promote his new show, Pop-Culture Quest. When asked about Trump’s election and transition, Hamill said, “I’m in total denial.” He continued:
I’m glad I have [the show] to take my mind off what’s going on, because if you look at what’s being assembled for our government it’s like, yikes! It’s a who’s who of really despicable people.”
Well, Kevin Eck (@KevinxIndy), an Education Department employee and apparent Trump supporter, was having none of it. He vented his outrage on Twitter shortly after the interview was published:
Eck switched his account to private some time after sending out this tweet, but not before journalist Andrew Kaczynski (@KFILE) took a screen shot and retweeted earlier this week. And now, Hamill has struck back:
As you can can probably imagine, Twitter has absolutely exploded over Hamill’s response:
We’re guessing the lightsaber burns to Eck’s pride are healing rather slowly as he remains in self-imposed social media exile.
