As the White House continues to implode daily, Trump’s last vestige of loyalists – Fox News viewers – is now turning on him, too. According to a Fox News poll, a majority of voters in both parties think that Congress should investigate if Russia interfered with the US election, and the extent to which there was coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia.
From the CIA identifying the Russians as responsible for the hack on the DNC during the 2016 election to disgraced former-NSA head Michael Flynn being paid by Russian-linked firms, Trump’s shady relationship with the Kremlin is finally catching up with him.
66% of Fox News poll respondents think that Congress should investigate Russia’s interference in our election, while 63% want Congress to look into connections between the Trump campaign and Russia. That’s “yuge.”

This claim, of course, was met with swift criticism from both Democrats and Republicans in Congress. So much so, that the House Intelligence Committee demanded evidence substantiating his claim from the Department of Justice.
But it gets better. Or worse, if you’re Trump.

When Fox News asked if Trump should produce proof to back his claim that Obama ordered wiretaps, a staggering 76% of respondents answered Yes. And that’s a Fox News poll.

Trump has played Americans for fools for too long. With his approval ratings falling each week, it’s only a matter of time before his house of cards comes crashing down.
