Trump Just Told A Room Of Workers They Voted For Him And It Backfired Immediately

President Trump was dealt a harsh dose of reality today when he began boasting about his election victory – and was met with a chorus of boos from the gathered union workers.

While speaking in front of the North America’s Building Trades Unions, Trump lied to the workers about how the Keystone Pipeline was going to be built with American steel (it won’t be) and how it will create tens of thousands of new jobs (it won’t do that either) before delving into his favorite subject – his electoral college victory.

“We ran the coast. And if you don’t run it, you can’t win. They say it’s almost impossible for a Republican to win. But I had the support of almost everybody in this room, we had tremendous support, and we had tremendous support of the workers” said Trump – which was met with boos from the crowd, many of whom obviously did not vote for him.

Trump’s only accomplishment as a politician so far has been to win the electoral college and then take credit for his predecessor’s accomplishments – and it’s clear our workers are getting tired of being used as a prop to massage Trump’s insatiable ego.
