The day after news broke that FOX News had fired Bill O’Reilly after more than a decade of covering up his serial sexual crimes, the master of fictional horror is taking on the master of workplace horror.
As well as anyone, King understands characters and how they interact. He sees similarities in the sex scandals of the two Republicans.
Trump did not support O’Reilly out of loyalty or even because he likes the now former TV host. He vouched for O’Reilly because they are the from same entitled, chauvinistic ilk. Or, in less than 140 characters:
Trump supported O'Reilly because both are members of the odious boys' club where members feel they can abuse & humiliate women at will.

Well said, Mr. King. When Trump and O’Reilly are concerned, truth is not only stranger than fiction. It’s scarier too.
