Will Ferrell crashed Samantha Bee’s “Not The White House Correspondent’s Dinner” tonight, reprising his SNL impersonation of President George W. Bush to hilarious effect.
“How do you like me now?” demands “Bush” as he celebrated the fact that he was no longer considered the worst president of all time. After addressing his own battles with the media, (“I just wish someone had told me all I had to do was say ‘fake news’ over and over and over again.”)
After addressing his own battles with the media, (“I just wish someone had told me all I had to do was say ‘fake news’ over and over and over again”) he then turned up the heat on the forty-fifth president, ripping him with some well-pointed jabs.
“Look, I never liked the press, but I took my lumps, like every other president. The new guy has thin skin. He’s what they call a snowflake…Trump can’t handle the heat. He’s a weak man.”
On Trump’s 100th day in office, he’s spending it a campaign rally rehashing the election all over again and complaining about how the lying press is treating him unfairly for not achieving anything. It’s obvious that Trump can’t handle the pressures of his office.
