During today’s open hearing between the Senate Intelligence Committee and the Attorney General, Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) pushed Sessions to his limits.

Wyden, visibly frustrated over Sessions’ refusal to answer questions in a straightforward manner, criticizes him for not “answering the question.”
“Well what is the question?” Sessions snaps.
“The question is,” Wyden says, as Sessions can be seen laughing, “Mr. Comey said that there were matters with respect to the recusal that were problematic and he couldn’t talk about them. What are they?”

Whether Session’s outburst was the result of being caught in a lie is up to the Senate Intelligence Committee to decide. However, his lack of willingness to be forthright is not helping him or Trump in this investigation.
