Trump Just Called For Unity After Inciting Racism. Obama’s Chief Advisor’s Response Is Awesome
Two days ago, President Trump made a public call for unity. Yesterday, he held a despotic rally pitting his followers against the free press, minorities, and even Senators from his own party.
Today, he’s calling for unity again as though yesterday’s horrific spectacle never happened.
David Axelrod, who served as President Obama’s Chief Strategist, is not letting Trump’s disgusting behavior go unchecked.
Earlier in the day, the New York Times’ Maggie Haberman tweeted:
Trump, less than 24 hours after "us" and "them" speech, talks in Reno about what unites all Americans.

Axelrod did not mince words in responding to the dangerous and mind-boggling display from this president. Thankfully, even though they don’t have the White House, when it comes to speaking out, President Obama’s team is still on the case.
Clearly, Monday and Wednesday are for "unity" speeches. Tuesdays for going batshit crazy. https://t.co/PJB3VNS9zj
