During his visit to Houston for another photo op with hurricane aid supplies, the President again turned the attention from the relief effort to himself.
While slowly loading one package into each truck in what is a blatantly staged and decidedly inefficient manner, Trump exclaims, “This is good exercise!”

If Trump wasn’t so concerned with making himself the center of attention, not only would the process move much quicker, but those in desperate need of aid would receive it in a timely manner. Instead, they’ll have to wait on a 71-year-old man whose exercise regimen includes eating KFC and McDonalds to transfer one container at a time into the back of each truck so that the President can have his photo taken and make the hurricane about himself.
Of course, Trump would not have had to come to Houston a second time if he wasn’t excoriated for failing to meet with even one victim during his initial visit. Now, however, the nation is forced to watch him overcompensate, slowly, one package of water at a time, while his photographers’ snap their photos to placate our needy President.
