This Newly Uncovered Video Shows Trump’s True Feelings About DACA [WATCH]

President Donald Trump ended the Differed Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program today, putting the immigration status of over 800,000 people in limbo.  No unexpectedly, this controversial move has caused a swift and tenacious backlash from across the political spectrum.  Among the harshest of the President’s critics to emerge today is none other than… Donald Trump.

That’s not a typo.  As recently as 2011, private citizen Donald Trump took the complete opposite position on DREAMers from the one he expressed today by killing DACA.  And there’s video!

“You have people in this country for 20 years, they’ve done a great job, they’ve done wonderfully,” Trump told FOX and Friends back then.  “They’ve gone to school … they’re productive – now we’re supposed to send them out of the country?  I don’t believe in that.”

That’s not all.  At the time, Rep. Michelle Bachman was a harsh critic of the DREAM Act, and Trump had some choice words for the congresswoman from Minnesota.

“You ask Michele to actually, physically go across the street and tell the family of 25 years to get out of this country, she wouldn’t do it because she’s a good person,” he boasted.

“This isn’t conservative” he proudly boasted.  “I’m the world’s most conservative person, and this isn’t conservative.  This is compassion,” he concluded.

It’s amazing what 6 years and record-low approval ratings can do to someone’s core values.

You can hear Trump defend DREAMers in his own words below.
