Don Jr.’s girlfriend has to bail him out after his fans start heckling him on book tour

Donald Trump Jr. is touring to promote his so-called book “Triggered” which by most accounts appears to be little more than a semi-literate hodgepodge of grievances and inane attacks on the left of the sort we’ve come to expect from him. Earlier today, he made an appearance at UCLA to promote his literary abomination and things quickly got out of hand.

The Guardian reports that while protestors did show up outside to condemn the event, it was members of the conservative audience inside the venue who sent things off the rails. Some of the MAGA-heads were apparently upset that the First Son would not be sticking around for questions. Showcasing the idiocy and childishness that defines the Trump movement, they began to chant “U-S-A” and “Q and A” louder and louder.

Andrew Gumbel recounts in The Guardian:

“At first, Trump and Guilfoyle tried to ignore the discontent, which originated with a fringe group of America Firsters who believe the Trump administration has been taken captive by a cabal of internationalists, free-traders, and apologists for mass immigration.”

The idea that there are groups out there who think the Trump administration isn’t far-right enough should give one pause and the fact that these lunatics are showing up to Trump Jr.’s event shows exactly the kind of societal dregs that are attracted to this despicable man.

Add your name to tell Congress to investigate Pence for his role in Trump’s Ukraine corruption. The VP is complicit!

Trump Jr. tried to convince the hecklers to calm down to no avail. It was then that his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle took matters into her own hands and began to berate the audience.’

“You’re not making your parents proud by being rude and disruptive and discourteous,” Guilfoyle screeched, to the crowd’s audible displeasure.

“We are happy to answer a question. Respect the people around you so that they can hear. You don’t play by the same rules. Let me tell you something… I bet you engage and go on online dating because you’re impressing no one here to get a date in person,” Guilfoyle went on. The weird online dating non-sequitur was presumably her idea of a biting insult, but she’s the last person who should be mocking anyone’s romantic life given the absolute troglodyte she’s shackled herself to.

Throughout Guilfoyle’s little outburst, Donald Trump Jr. could be seen sitting there, visibly unsure how to proceed. The entire thing was incredibly awkward.
