British Prime Minister Boris Johnson flees reporters, hides in milk fridge to escape on eve of election

On Thursday, the United Kingdom heads to the polls to choose their next prime minister and decide who will guide their nation of the interminable Brexit quagmire. On the one side is Jeremy Corbyn, the head of the Labour Party, a lifelong progressive, humanitarian and jam-making enthusiast who has vowed to defend the nation’s beloved National Healthcare System, aggressively confront climate change through a green industrial revolution, and to rewrite the rules of the economy to make them work for working Britons and not the wealthy elites and corporations.

On the other side is the current Prime Minister Boris Johnson, head of the Conservative Party, who is an oafish churl infamous for calling gay men “tank-topped bumboys” and black people “piccaninnies” with “watermelon smiles.” He recently was exposed secretly plotting with America’s rapacious and inhumane health insurance industry to privatize the NHS and introduce the British public to the horrors of deductibles, premiums, medical bankruptcy, and tens of thousands of preventable deaths every year from lack of insurance. If he gets his way, Britain will undergo the “hard brexit” that would cause massive economic and diplomatic upheaval. He’s also written an anti-Semitic fiction novel.

Add your name to demand Republicans stop repeating Putin’s dangerous propaganda to defend Trump’s crimes!

To give you a good peek behind the curtain into how the campaign is going, treat yourself to this incredible video of Boris Johnson running away from a reporter and hiding in a walk-in refrigerator:

BoJo was confronted by Good Morning Britain reporter Jonathan Swain while he was on an early-morning milk round in Yorkshire, asking him to appear on Piers Morgan’s show later that day. Johnson says “I’ll be right with you” before vanishing behind a stack of milk crates; his aide can be seen mouthing “for f*ck’s sake.”

President Trump would much rather work with a Boris Johnson government that shares his plutocratic billionaires-first agenda of slashing taxes on the wealthy and gutting the social safety net than with an unflinching progressive like Jeremy Corbyn. It is imperative that the Labour Party retakes control of 10 Downing St and prevent the Conservative Party from dragging the United Kingdom into the same abyss that Trump has dragged the United States.

For the Many, not the Few! Vote Labour!
