Trump calls for boycott of iconic American company for banning MAGA hats at work
It’s been anything but a good year for Donald Trump.
Perhaps that naggingly unavoidable fact played some unconscious part in his decision to attack Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company on his Twitter feed this morning after the venerable, all-American Akron, Ohio-based tire manufacturer banned political campaigning in their workplace, including the wearing of the polarizing red baseball caps with “Make America Great Again” emblazoned on them.
Don’t buy GOODYEAR TIRES – They announced a BAN ON MAGA HATS. Get better tires for far less! (This is what the Radical Left Democrats do. Two can play the same game, and we have to start playing it now!).

With Ohio being a swing state that Trump won by eight points in 2016 — but where he now trails Joe Biden by two to four points in recent polls — alienating Ohio voters with a boycott of one of the state’s major employers may not be the best campaign strategy for Trump.
However, following a tendency of right-wing antagonists to undermine their own interests in an effort to “own the libtards,” Trump’s call for a Goodyear boycott fits right in with his branding as the voice of the “oppressed” white male.
Trump’s boycott call was likely inspired by the success that progressive activists have had in their calls for boycotts of advertisers on Fox News which has seen several major sponsors withdraw their ad dollars from the prime time shows of Tucker Carlson and Laura Ingraham.
The online response to Trump’s tweet was predictably passionate and partisan with negative comments regarding the Chinese origin of the president’s signature MAGA hats being a frequent target of his critics.
This is another illegal Tweet from the President. He's single-handedly attacking a US company because they don't "Heil" him.

The typical response would be for liberals to buy a bunch of Goodyear Tires and conservatives to start posting videos about them slashing expensive tires to show soldarity with Trump. What a waste of money, resources, and the environment. Just stop this madness once and for all.

Judging from the reactions to the president’s tweet, Goodyear may want to expand their manufacturing capacity for the next few months as they are likely to see an explosion of sales due to progressive anger with Trump and his failed presidency.
Pardon the pun, but this is getting tiring,
Of course, the best way to express your anger towards Donald Trump is to make sure that you are registered to vote, cast your ballot to eject him from the White House, and make sure that your family, friends, and neighbors do the same.
