Kaitlan Collins publicly owns Kayleigh McEnany following tense confrontation in WH press room

The Trump team marches on in their campaign to undermine American democracy and install the president for an illegitimate second term. They still refuse to admit that President-elect Joe Biden won the election with 306 electoral votes even as their phony legal cases get thrown out of court left and right. They have yet to provide a scrap of evidence to support their manufactured allegations of widespread vote fraud but that hasn’t stopped Trump surrogates like Rudy Giuliani from doubling down on the claims and insisting that millions of votes were stolen from their boss.
At this point, anyone still standing by this president is making it abundantly clear that they never really cared about our Republic. They’re parasites clinging to power, willing to destroy our institutions and cast doubt on our elections in the hopes of keeping their influential jobs for another four years. In the end, they’ll be defeated but there’s simply no telling how much damage they’ll be able to inflict before Biden is sworn in.
Today, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany held another one of her lie-riddled press conferences and was predictably forced to field questions about the White House’s election skullduggery.
After giving one of her usual opaque answers to how specifically the administration thinks it might be able to pull out a win for Trump and defending the White House’s failure to provide COVID-19 planning information to Biden’s transition team, one reporter yelled out to ask: “When are you going to admit you lost?”
Add your name to tell Trump: You Lost! Concede!

McEnany ignored the question and moved on, only for the reporter to ask again soon after: “When will you admit you lost the election?” Again, Trump’s misinformation maven chose to ignore the question, clearly unable to provide an answer to the reasonable question. The reality is that Trump and his cronies will likely never admit that he lost and will be crying about stolen votes even as they’re escorted out of the White House.

When the fact-free press conference finally wound down, McEnany was visibly frazzled as she gathered her materials to leave the podium and was once again asked if she understood that Trump lost. CNN’s Kaitlan Collins added her voice to ask why McEnany refused to call on all the reporters, a fair question which made McEnany lean towards the microphone to snap: “I don’t call on activists.

“I’m not an activist and you haven’t taken questions since October 1st and you just took about five Kayleigh. That’s not doing your job,” responded Collins as McEnany fled the room. “Your tax-payer funded job…”
This kind of disgraceful behavior from Trump’s press secretary is par for the course by now and no rational person could possibly believe that simply asking questions to hold the White House accountable qualifies as “activism.” One cannot help but count down the days till Biden is situated at 1600 Pennslyvania Avenue and we have a press secretary who actually cares about informing and being honest with the American public.
WH Press Sec. McEnany ends the briefing after only a few questions, telling reporters “I don’t call on activists.”

Collins later addressed the nasty encounter on Twitter, repeating her criticisms and reiterating her point that McEnany “hasn’t done her job” which is why she would “confuse someone else doing theirs for activism.” It was a blistering and well-deserved hit on the disgraceful press secretary.
Appearing in her professional capacity, @PressSec takes only a handful of questions in her first briefing since Oct. 1. Asked why can’t call on all reporters — given it’s been so long and there are not many of us due to social distancing — she called me “an activist.”

It’s understandable why someone who hasn’t done their job — taking questions from reporters — in weeks would confuse someone else doing theirs with activism.
