As Donald Trump descends into the abyss of delusion and petulant vindictiveness, it’s clear that he is going to do everything he can to drag the rest of the GOP with him. On Friday morning, he once again taunted Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT) for losing to President Obama in a grammatically incoherent Twitter attack while promoting a laughable show of bootlickery from right-wing crank Wayne Dupree.
Boasting that Trump “always knows what’s happening,” Dupree explained in the attached article that Trump had “predicted” what would happen in the 2020 election just like he had apparently that “predicted” 9/11 would happen. Dupree referenced a 2012 tweet from Trump that falsely claimed that voting machines had been “switching” Mitt Romney votes to 2012 winner Barack Obama and baselessly argued that this was exactly what was happening in 2020, and also that the election results are “a CIA-style psyop.”
More reports of voting machines switching Romney votes to Obama. Pay close attention to the machines, don't let your vote be stolen

Trump seized on this as another chance to promote his ridiculous election conspiracy theories and also to once again dunk on Romney, who committed (in Trump’s eyes) the worst sin imaginable: losing to a Black man. In his eagerness to trash the Utah Senator, however, Trump forgot how grammar works:
RINO Mitt Romney should read this. I’m sure, however, that he feels he got slaughtering by Obama “fair and square”. https://t.co/GGZKfSAp8z

Mitt Romney was the only Republican Senator to vote for Trump’s impeachment earlier this year and has been a whipping boy for Trump ever since, to the point where Trump celebrated Romney’s COVID-19 scare with a sarcastic attack tweet.
Judging from Trump’s tweet, it’s obvious that he considers Romney to have been weak for refusing to challenge the results of the 2012 election the way that Trump is now, despite the fact that both “slaughterings” were “fair and square.”
He can tweet trash all he wants, but the fact of the matter is that Trump’s attacks on Romney fall rather flat now considering that Trump himself is now one of the election losers that he despises so much. Sad!
