Questions swirl after confrontation between Trump crony and SC GOP leader: “I know about you and Lindsey”
The Republican Party is packed to the gills with so many racists, lunatics, conspiracy theorists, and psychopaths that its members can’t help but engage in the occasional political cannibalization. With all of these whackos bouncing around under the same tent it’s inevitable that some of them will collide in dramatic fashion. To the chagrin of a few and the amusement of many that’s precisely what happened yesterday.
At a meeting in Hampton County, South Carolina, the state’s Republican Party Chairman Drew McKissick found himself approached and harassed by the deranged Republican attorney Lin Wood. Wood, who has stated his intention to run to unseat McKissick, rose to national prominence for his role in spreading lies that the 2020 election was stolen from Donald Trump. In conjunction with Trump’s attorney Sidney Powell, he propagated all manner of misinformation, including claims that China rigged the election in Biden’s favor.
A clip of the heated interaction between the two shows Lin hurrying after McKissick and grabbing his arm before referring to some secret about McKissick and “Lindsey,” presumably a reference to Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC).

“I know about you and Lindsey,” Wood intones, his face inches from McKissick’s. “You need to get out of the race now. Nothing can stop what’s going to come,” Linn says.

“You are supporting Chinese pornography. So just get your stuff off the internet buddy,” said McKissick, matching Wood’s craziness with a bit of his own.
“I know about you and Lindsey,” Wood says again.
“You don’t know anything,” replies McKissick. The clip then cuts ahead in time.
“It’s going to come out. You need to accept that,” warns Wood.
“Hey, bring it on out buddy. Come on. I’m here. I’m right here. Come on. Bring it on. Come on. Come on. Come on,” taunts McKissick.
“I don’t think you want to bring it out but it’s going to come out. You and Lindsey. It’s going to come out Drew. I’m trying to tell you,” said Wood.
As the two finally part ways, Wood promises that McKissick will soon “hear from other people.”
While it’s unclear what Wood was referring to, there have long been unsubstantiated rumors in Washington D.C. that Lindsey Graham is a closeted gay man including claims that he is known by the nickname “Lady G” among gay sex workers in the Capital. At the same time, Wood is the furthest thing from a reliable source and constantly fabricates stories. It’s likely that nothing will come from Wood’s threats, but it’s also nice to see Republican ghouls tearing into each other.
