Donald Trump is celebrating his 75th birthday today and is basking in the celebratory messages that his devotedly deluded supporters have been posting on social media.

Perhaps reacting to the infuriating reference to Trump as “our” president and the bizarrely inclusive statement that “everyone” misses his disastrous policies, the folks who saw the posts on Twitter interjected their own opinions about the celebratory value of Trump’s continued existence in the land of the living.

The social media denizens also delivered an ironic birthday gift to the defeated ex-president, sending the hashtag #Loser to the number one position in Twitter’s political trends list for the day.

It seems like not everyone is as anxious to celebrate Donald Trump’s survival into his fourth quarter-century as his unpaid attorney and arguably the most deluded conspiracy theorist in the House of Representatives.

The folks at The Lincoln Project suggested a better way to commemorate the day than lauding the life of a career criminal.

Still, the most prevalent birthday wish for Donald Trump among the social media responses was the fervent hope that this will be the last birthday that he spends as a free man.

One can only hope.
