Marjorie Taylor Greene humiliated by dismal turnout at Independence Day parade

Maybe it was because the parade took place a day before the official Independence Day.

Or maybe it was because Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene is a lot less popular in her district than she lets on.

The bigger question isn’t why so few people turned out to see the QAnon-loving lawmaker as she mounted the back of a truck with her pint-sized American flag in hand and waved to the few people who bothered to show up for her parade in Tallapoosa, Georgia.

It’s why Representative Greene felt that posting footage of the embarrassing turn-out on social media was beneficial to her image as an unhinged extremist and one of the leaders of the pro-Trump insurrection wing of the GOP.

Unsurprisingly, the congresswoman’s post was roundly mocked in the comments section of her Twitter feed.

Hopefully, Marjorie Taylor Greene will start to get the hint that her radical political posture isn’t quite as popular as she thinks it is, having rendered herself ineffective as a representative for her district with her extremism having led to her loss of all of her committee assignments in the House and relegated her to full-time MAGA trolling.

Hopefully, her constituents will see fit to replace her, come the 2020 midterm elections.
