RUDY CAN FAIL: Giuliani ordered to produce divorce docs or 'be remanded to custody'

Rudy “Colludy” Giuliani has a huge problem with not paying his bills, particularly to the people he used to be married to, and he somehow let one of his alimony payments accumulate all the way up to a cool $225K. Even though it seems like he should have that stuffed in his befouled mattress at any given time, Giuliani just can’t seem to find where he left all that money. Maybe they’re in his other pair of giant baggy old man pants?

The former NYC Mayor/Trump fluffer had repeatedly been warned to either produce the records of payments he says he made to one of his ex-wives or expect a deputy to haul him away.

Rudy already missed a recent court date and also blamed the missing payment on the bank for just not sending a check for two whole months. He’s now moved the goalpost to claim the amount is a “gross exaggeration,” and that he has the paperwork to prove it. Only, he hasn’t produced all of it yet, and the judge is getting tired of waiting for the receipts.

“The sheriff is on notice to come at a moment’s notice,” Manhattan Civil Court Judge Michael Katz said to Giuliani in court on Friday. “This is a very serious matter.” Then Rudy did a fear shart and someone nearby got long COVID.

It’s hilarious watching Rudy try to sputter his way out of prison when he’s been doing so much criming in several states. There’s still that little matter of election tampering down in Georgia, you might recall. Rudy’s visit to the grand jury wasn’t exactly helpful — for him. Fani Willis is likely still laughing over what she learned from him, though.

PLUS lawyers’ fees. You know, for lawyers who are still allowed to practice law. Unlike Rudy Colludy. Now everyone is watching and waiting to see what Rudy does next. Hopefully, it’ll require spending at least until Tuesday in prison, because the bail bonds company he uses in Queens won’t be open until then thanks to the holiday on Monday.
