NO MORE HIDING: Kanye West shows his true colors with unhinged anti-Semitic meltdown

Kanye West’s descent into the upside-down of reality is accelerating. Mere hours after having his Instagram account restricted for sharing comments considered to be “anti-Semitic, West breaks his nearly two-year Twitter hiatus to make comments that are unambiguous, and undoubtedly anti-Semitic – declaring “war,” on Jewish people in a not-so-veiled bigoted rant.

West wrote in a now-deleted tweet:

“I’m a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I’m going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE The funny thing is I actually can’t be Anti Semitic because black people are actually Jew also You guys have toyed with me and tried to blackball anyone whoever opposes your agenda.”

This comes after the artist formerly known as Mr. Kardashian shared screenshots on Meta’s Instagram platform of text messages between himself and hip hop mogul Sean P. Diddy Combs where Ye accuses his long-time friend of being “sent by the Jews” to talk to West.

“This ain’t a game,” Ye wrote to Diddy. “Ima use you as an example to show the Jewish people that told you to call me that no one can threaten or influence me. I told you this was war. Now gone get you some business.” – Complex Magazine.

The Daily Mail reported the concerning text:

Who didn’t appear to be concerned by the rhetoric? Potential Twitter purchaser and the world’s richest social media troll, Elon Musk, who welcomed the troubled musician back to the bluebird app – ironically under a post referring to Meta CEO and Twitter competitor Mark Zuckerberg’s (who’s Jewish), as the N*word.

Kanye West’s latest detachment from rationality and reality comes after making headlines wearing a shirt with the words “White Lives Matter” emblazoned on the back while cheering on his daughter at a basketball game.

With just over a month before the midterms, West made an unshocking appearance on Thursday’s episode of Tucker Carlson Tonight, where the Donda artist pushed anti-Jewish stereotypes by throwing his “friend,” ex-President Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, under the proverbial anti-Semitic bus, taking aim at the Abraham Accords peace agreement between Israel, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates.

“Ye claimed Jared Kushner–Donald Trump-‘s Jewish son-in-law–brokered the deal for personal profit,” according to Complex.

“You know, he made these peace treaties. I just think it was to make money …” Kanye said, before mentioning Jared’s brother, Josh Kushner. “I just think that that’s what they’re about is making money. I don’t think that they have the ability to make anything on their own. I think they’re born into money … And it makes me feel like they weren’t serving my boy Trump the way they could’ve.”

Jewish advocacy groups like the American Jewish Committee, have condemned West’s words, but those on the right don’t seem to have a problem. With Elon Musk welcoming Kim Kardashian’s estranged husband back to Twitter, and the GOPJudiciary Committee putting the hip hop artist and the Tesla CEO in a tweet with a twice impeached disgraced ex-President– I know all I need to about where this is headed.

With a rise in anti-Semitic violence in this country, West’s rhetoric is not only dangerous but pushes us closer to the edge of tolerance, equity, and acceptance. Former Republican strategist and Lincoln Project member, Steve Schmidt, highlights the dangers of dismissing his rhetoric, tweeting “Kanye West has 3 million followers. He just said he is coming to get the Jews,” Schmidt continued, “6 million Jews were murdered n gas chambers within a human lifetime.”

Steve Schmidt is right. Ignoring the implications of a popular entertainer’s anti-Semitic clarion call is both foolish and dangerous. Boycott his butt.
