Former Florida Governor and aspiring 2016 presidential candidate Jeb Bush (R), hit back at Donald Trump after the ex-President suggested that his father, George H.W. Bush, be investigated for removing documents from the White House. Trump alleged at his most recent rally that the elder Bush “took millions of documents to a former bowling alley and a former Chinese restaurant where they combined them. So they’re in a bowling alley slash Chinese restaurant.”

Yes, Trump said that out loud – leaving more questions than answers for so many, including #41’s son.

When seeking the Republican presidential nomination in 2016, Jeb Bush was a frequent target of Trump’s bullying and insults on the campaign trail, calling ex-President Bush’s younger son an “embarrassment.”

“Jeb is having some kind of a breakdown,” he told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer. ”He’s an embarrassment to his family. He has to bring his mother out and walk his mother around at 90 years old. I think it’s a very sad situation that’s taking place. Frankly, he’s a stiff,” Trump said. “He’s not a guy who can be president. He doesn’t have what it takes to be president.”

Trump’s comments came after Jeb told CNN’s Dana Bash that he was a “joyful warrior,” who wouldn’t sit back and watch “someone try to hijack a party that I believe will allow people to rise up again.”

And more brutal attacks would come – Trump accused Bush #43’s younger brother of liking “illegals,” because he is married to a Latino woman.

“Trump repeatedly tarred Jeb Bush as ‘low energy’ during the 2016 race and even once tweeted that he ‘has to like Mexican illegals’ because his wife, Columba, is Mexican. But Trump has long been antagonistic towards the broader Bush family, calling for ‘no more Bushes’ in 2013, ripping former President George W. Bush’s war record during the 2016 campaign and claiming in 2018 he ‘beat’ the ‘Bush dynasty.””

Based on the savage brutality suffered at the social media fingers of Donald Trump, and the former President’s vendetta against the political family, one would think no Bush would want anything to do with Trump, but enter George P. “Son of Jeb” Bush – whose mother was disparaged by the then-Presidential candidate and who traded a cowboy hat for a MAGA one, going all in hoping for Trump’s endorsement in his failed bid for Attorney General. Saying, “Dad gets it,” Forbes reported.

“When Bushes and Trumps come together, good things happen,” citing Trump’s victories in Texas, and said he and Trump “make a really good team.” – George P. Bush

The left wasn’t buying Bush’s half-hearted clap back attempt. The family has been noticeably silent – save for a few instances when Bush #43 has commented on democracy – with the full-on fascist corner that the current Republican party has taken.

Nice try, Jeb!– but too little, too late.
