Roger Stone is threatening to sue over footage used in the January 6th hearing, but the filmmaker is unconcerned — to such a degree that he’s now sharing additional clips that didn’t make it to the screen on Thursday.

Stone’s tantrum about being a part of the January 6th Committee hearing started before the hearing itself, when he claimed, without supporting evidence, that the whole thing would simply be “smear, conjecture, supposition, and innuendo.”

Now that the hearing is done, and footage of Stone was released publicly, he’s claiming that the videos are fake and says he will sue the documentary filmmaker who, upon subpoena, provided the footage to the Committee.

The filmmaker, Christoffer Guldbrandsen, however, doesn’t seem worried. He’s mocking Stone and has also released another incredible clip — one that might not result in any additional legal troubles, but might just cause a new rift with Donald Trump.

In the clip below, shared on Guldbransen’s Twitter, Stone is talking on a cell phone to an unidentified party, and lashes out at Jared Kushner, who he says “has an IQ of 70,” and threatens to “eject him from Miami.” He goes on to lash out at Ivanka Trump, referring to her as the “abortionist b*tch daughter.”

This seems to be based on unsubstantiated rumors about Ivanka’s past medical decisions.

In a statement released on Thursday, Stone declares that the statements made in the hearing are false, that the video is fake (although the only evidence he offers is that he was wearing a mask in the clip), and that he’s suing the filmmakers.

“I will also prove that their video, which the committee showed today, appearing to show me advocating violence is a fabrication…Because it is my intention to bring a $25 million defamation lawsuit against the Danish filmmakers Christoffer Guldbrandsen and Frederik Marbell, this will be proven in subsequent litigation,” Stone said in a statement.

Gulbrandsen tweeted a screenshot from Stone’s Telegram, in which the Trump associate promises to “win a $25 million judgment” in a defamation case, and declared the filmmaker would soon “tell it to a Florida judge” — but he showed no concern, commenting, “I’ve been dead and resurrected. Think I can handle a phony lawsuit.”
