TRUMPED UP: Dirty Donald and Junior join crazed Pelosi conspiracy theorists
The former president and his son are relishing in rumors about the attack against Paul Pelosi — with no evidence of any truth to them.
Like son like father, now.
Donald Trump Jr, the poster boy for the dangers of nepotism and sociopathology, was the first Trump to publicly jump into the conspiracy pool. The day before Halloween, he tweeted out an image mocking Paul Pelosi, who was viciously attacked by right-wing conspiracy theorist David DePape.

Trump Jr has also spread the rumor that DePape was in the country illegally, though that has yet to be verified.
Not to be outdone, Papa Trump then went on the Chris Stigall radio show to spread rumors of his own. Stigall too has been wading into conspiracy theories.
Fox affiliate in SF retracts report that Pelosi and the suspect were found in their underwear. NBC News retracts report there were 3 people in the house. Politico retracts a third party opened the door to let cops in. Now the media calls us names for BELIEVING them. 😂

In discussing the attack, Trump told Stigall, “[W]eird things going on in that household in the last couple of weeks. Probably, you and I are better off not talking about it.”
That last sentence is true – they definitely should have shut up about it.
But Trump continued:
“The glass, it seems, was broken from the inside to the out so it wasn’t a break in, it was a break out. I don’t know, you hear the same things I do.”
It’s too bad Angela Lansbury’s gone. Now everyone thinks they’re Jessica Fletcher.
The truth, however, as forensic experts have explained, is that glass does not always break so precisely and that it sometimes can be inside and outside, which is actually fairly logical, if you think about it.
Evidently, the conspiracy theorists believe not only that Paul Pelosi was engaged in a homosexual affair for the first time at 82-years-old, but that it somehow went entirely wrong and he decided to bust out of his own window. How he would have done this, of course, is beyond their explanations.
Authorities have been debunking this stuff ever since the attack occurred.
In truth, Pelosi got DePape to let him go use the bathroom, where his cell phone was charging. It was there that he made the call to the police, using coded language to avoid detection by DePape.
But the right-wingers have used the attack and Pelosi’s recent DUI incident to create a stirring tale of a debauched life.
Rolling Stone has reported that Trump the Elder has even been expressing to people in private that the whole thing could be a “false flag” operation, a la Alex Jones.
Perhaps, though, the Trumps are truly just trying to deflect from their very own legal nightmares, Daddy Trump and the Trump Organization are facing numerous challenges, from the E. Jean Carroll defamation lawsuit to Letitia James’s fraud suit to the January 6 Committee’s subpoena to the threat that his tax returns might be released to the public.
And perhaps, as Nancy Pelosi suggested, Trump just isn’t man enough to face things.
