"POS": Former DC Officer Michael Fanone tells us EXACTLY what he thinks of Kari Lake

Former Metropolitan Police Department officer Michael Fanone didn’t mince words describing Arizona’s GOP candidate for governor. After viewing a political ad filmed by Gladys Sicknick, the mother of the fallen hero  Brian Sicknick, he slammed ultra-MAGA TV talking head-turned-politician Kari Lake.

“I also support a fact that Kari Lake’s a piece of sh*t,” the former officer replied when asked by MSNBC host Nicholle Wallace.

“I’ve gotten to know Mrs. Sicknick pretty well, and I thought that was a powerful ad. I mean, she’s out I think, trying to do what all of us are trying to do here which is bring accountability for January 6th,” Fanone said.

Fanone was subjected to a vicious beating by Capitol rioters but fortunately survived. His brother in blue, Officer Brian Sicknick, sadly died as a result of injuries suffered while defending the Capitol against a violent Trump-supporting mob, suffering a heart attack after his brutal assault, and later dying at the hospital.

The vocal “Back the Blue,” crowd was nowhere to be found – instead Republicans and MAGA ungraciously dismissed Sicknick’s death. Some went so far as to ridicule the officers on duty that day, something Fanone, unfortunately, knows all too well.

Featuring Gladys Sicknick composed, yet visibly still grieving, an ad paid for by the Republicans for Accountability project shows the heartbroken parent slamming Lake for promoting the big lie.

“My son died because of people like Kari Lake,” she said.

“I’m Glady’s Sicknick. I’m the mother of Brian Sicknick, the Capitol police officer who died defending our country on January 6th. Kari Lake is very dangerous for our country. She saw what happened on Jan. 6 and continues to spread the big lie and we’re gonna have more violence because people believe whatever she says.”

“It’s very dire for our democracy, for our country with candidates like Kari Lake,” Mrs. Sicknick added.

With political violence escalating – proven by the recent attack on Paul Pelosi, the 82-year-old husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and the beating of Pennsylvania Democratic candidate for the state’s legislature, Robert Ringer – politicians like Lake have no place in positions of power.

Words matter, rhetoric matters, tone matters – and lies cost lives.
