HONEST AIDE: This former Trump WH staffer is about to spill the tea to GA grand jury
Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony to the January 6th Committee was compelling and effective, to such a degree that it left Donald Trump and his allies scrambling to discredit her — and now she’s taking it to a Grand Jury in Georgia.
District Attorney Fani Willis, in Fulton County, Georgia, empaneled a Grand Jury to follow through on the investigation of election tampering, spurred by calls from Trump and others in his circle to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and other officials in the immediate aftermath of the 2020 election.
Last month, it was revealed that Hutchinson would be testifying before this Grand Jury, and now that testimony is imminent.
Over the past week, the former president has faced several upsets, including watching several of his endorsed candidates lose their elections, and being pressured to delay his own announcement of candidacy for 2024 (expected to come tonight). The revelation that Hutchinson will give her testimony to a Grand Jury investigating him for election interference is just the icing on the coke.
Hutchinson, as an aide to Trump’s Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, was in a uniquely close position to observe the behaviors of the then-president and those around him, and her testimony could prove invaluable. The Grand Jury is also interviewing Georgia Governor Brian Kemp this week.

Will there be indictments when all is said and done? The Grand Jury doesn’t get to make that decision but will release a report with recommendations after their work is done.
