Marjorie Taylor Greene has drained her conservative currency. After criticizing White nationalist, Nick Fuentes, the America First Georgia native is on the receiving end of backlash from the movement she helped create.
The Reich wing jumped at the chance to punch down on the one-time darling of the GOP, trading barbs and calling the Georgia native out after she tweeted this:
After Fuentes and the hip-hop artist formerly known as Kanye West appeared on conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ podcast, InfoWars, Green took to social media to condemn West and Fuentes, calling the right-wing Holocaust denier an “immature young man” and a racist.
“I was concerned about some of the statements being made,” Marge stated. “Nick Fuentes being there as well. The antisemitism – that has got to stop. It’s out of control, and we have no place for that anywhere in our politics or anywhere in our country.”
Except for when she’s pushing the Great Replacement theory or the racist America First agenda, that is.
Fuentes pulled no punches when talking about his former Bae, criticizing MTG’s divorcee status.
“She wants to be the face of Christian nationalism. She’s divorced, and she’s actively an adulterer,” he said. “How are you going to be the face of Christian nationalism when you’re a divorced woman girlboss? It doesn’t even make any sense. I’m so glad I don’t have to pretend to support that anymore.”
Uh-oh, trouble in paradise.
“When it was the hottest thing in the world, she would do anything to be a part of it,” Fuentes said. “But the second it got a little bit uncomfortable when the swastikas came out, not even. Before the swastikas came out. Then she goes, ‘Oh, actually, I denounce,’ and it’s just so predictable,” Yahoo News reported.
Marjorie Taylor Greene is taking the hits. It’s an unexpected — but totally predictable — consequence of the MAGA world of deflection and projection.
The tea is being spilled, and it’s just a matter of time before everyone gets burned.
