MAXIMUM COUP: Marjorie Taylor Greene claims she would have ARMED the Jan 6 insurgents
Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has testified in court that she “can’t remember” almost anything about how much involvement, if any, she had in plotting the events of January 6th, now says that if she’d been in charge, the attackers would have been armed — and would have prevailed.
Greene spoke at an event for the New York Young Republicans’ Club (NYYRC) Saturday night, where her focus lingered on dildos and guns. Unsurprisingly, she feels that sex toys are too easy to access, and seemed annoyed more guns weren’t on hand when Donald Trump’s fans attacked the Capitol.
She falsely suggested the attackers were not armed, although they came prepared with bear mace, flagpoles, and various improvised weapons, as well as firearms. If she’d had her way though, she told the crowd, the participants (in which she seems to include herself, describing the group as “we”) “would have been armed,” and “would have won.”
Greene also griped about transgender rights, butt plugs for sale at Target, Secret Service protection for fellow Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and support for Ukraine. On the Capitol attack, the New York Post quotes her speech:
“I want to tell you something, if Steve Bannon and I had organized that, we would have won. Not to mention, we would’ve been armed.”
She also falsely claimed that teachers are providing sex toys and lubricants to students, before complaining that some of these items are available to purchase at pharmacies and department stores, as seen in the clip below.

She’s not the only Republican who spoke and seemed to express wishes of being more involved in alleged criminal activity, either. The former president’s son, Donald Trump Jr., also offered a speech at the event, where he discussed the Hunter Biden laptop.
Speaking about a laptop that Republicans claim implicates the current president’s son in various criminal activities, Junior declared that if it had been his laptop that was recovered, there would be legal consequences.
“Can you imagine if it was the Don Jr. laptop from hell? My father was right, if that was my laptop, I’d be in trouble,” the spawn of the former president declared.

It seems if one wanted to know about laptops, sex toys, or firearms, the NYYRC was the place to be. If Greene or any of the other speakers discussed any plans the Republican Party has for serving the American people, those clips haven’t leaked out yet
