NAH: SCOTUS says pass to delusional lawsuit seeking to reinstate Trump

For the second time, the Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit brought by three Utah brothers wanting to see Donald Trump re-installed as President.

Raland, Loy, and Deron Brunson filed a complaint to remove President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and close to 400 congressional members from office.

Brunson v. Adams was initially rejected in early January. A second petition was filed on January 26 and denied Tuesday.

“2nd Petition denied. Moving on to plan C,” lead plaintiff Raland Brunson wrote on social media. “We have been working long and hard on these strategies and there are more to come,” he added.

“We understand this to be a possible long but worthy goal. The result is that everyone in this nation will have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the candidate of their choice is bound by their oath to protect the rights and freedom of the people they represent,” Raland Brunson wrote on Facebook

According to the plaintiffs, “members of Congress violated their oaths of office by failing to investigate claims of voter fraud,” The Salt Lake Tribune wrote.

In the complaint, the Brunson brothers argued that the removal of the current President and Vice President would clear the way for Trump to make a triumphant return to the Oval Office, but he election-denying MAGAs failed to acknowledge that the Speaker of the House is next in line as explicitly stated in the Presidential Succession Act.

Raland filed an appeal late last month urging the high court to reconsider their decision not to hear the case in the interest of the “national security of the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.”

“The justices would be violating their own oath of office if they did not agree to take up their case,” Deron Brunson reported told the Tribune.

“Their failure to hear this case and rule in Brunson’s favor clearly identifies that they, too have violated their oath,” Brunson wrote in an email.

“This is my goal and it CAN BE DONE because ‘We the People’ are powerful and we own our public servants. They are in power to serve us.” – Deron Brunson

All nine justices have to agree to rehear a case before a petition can be granted according to the court’s protocol.

While the Supreme Court wants no part of the Brunson suit, the brother’s efforts garnered the attention of former President Trump – who posted a link to an article about the case on his fledgling Truth Social platform.

“A ‘rigged election’ is equivalent to war,” Just The News reported, adding, “Allegations of a rigged election must be investigated.”

Taking a page out of their idol’s intimidation playbook, the Brunsons warned of violence and civil unrest if SCOTUS refused to rehear the case.

“The destruction of property along with a large volume of bloodshed in our own streets,” the petition said.

Blackmail and threats may not be the best way to get your case heard.
