FRIGHTENING: Stormy speaks out on the death threats since Trump indictment

Stormy Daniels is well aware that her career path is commonly co-opted as a tool to discredit and smear her, but this time, she says, things are different. Since the news broke that a Manhattan grand jury voted to indict Donald Trump on charges that are still sealed but likely rest at least partially on her testimony, she’s not just being attacked with the usual slurs (“whore,” “slut,” etc), but with direct threats.

“This time it’s ‘I’m gonna murder you’. They’re way more violent and graphic,” she says.

Daniels has been threatened before.

She spoke out previously about a 2011 encounter in a parking lot, in which a stranger warned her to “leave Trump alone,” and — peering into her infant daughter’s car seat —warned, “That’s a beautiful little girl. It’d be a shame if something happened to her mom.”

This time around, though, she says the violence is being incited by the former president, and she’s actually finding it somewhat frightening.

She says that, no matter the outcome of the trial, she knows there will be “injuries and death” as the result of the anger and violence of Trump’s most ardent fans.

At the same time, Daniels is not afraid to face Trump in a courtroom.

She says, “I’ve seen him naked. There’s no way he could be scarier with his clothes on.”

“Sometimes in the moment, I’m like, ‘What the f*** was I thinking? Was it worth it?’ But I wouldn’t be able to look at myself in the mirror. If I could go back far enough to where I did go to the hotel that night, I wouldn’t have done that. But . . . coming forward, I would do the same thing again. Because it was the right thing to do,” she told UK newspaper The Times.

She’s continuing to make choices to protect her safety and that of her family.
Broadcaster Piers Morgan shared Friday afternoon that Daniels had postponed an interview with him due to unspecified security issues.

She’s not afraid, though, to keep swinging back at the Trump Trolls on her social media.
