DESPERATE: Florida's GOP governor challenges judge in Disney case

Florida’s GOP Governor just filed a desperate motion to change judges in Disney’s First Amendment retaliation case.

Ron DeSantis is pushing to have a judge dismissed over issues of perceived partiality in his continuing dispute with Disney.

DeSantis is being sued for allegedly targeting Disney over the company’s tolerant political views and is asking that U.S. District Judge Mark Walker be recused in the case.

This past week, Disney pulled a $1 BILLION investment in the state, so you’d think the greedy Gitmo guard would dial down the torture just a tad.

Instead, lawyers for DeathSantis filed a motion on Friday in Tallahassee claiming Judge Walker’s rulings in other Disney-related cases render him “partial” to the company.

Disney first sued Florida’s GOP Governor Gilead in April over the hateful “Don’t Say Gay” law, which banned classroom discussion of sexuality and gender identity with younger children.

The inclusive Mouse House alleged the Fascist FloriduhMan was “weaponizing” the state government in retaliation for its criticism of the bill.

Disney alleges DeSantis “rallied the Republican-controlled legislature” to strike back at “woke Disney” and seize control of what was originally known as the Reedy Creek Improvement District.

Honestly, there’s not one mediocre MAGAt who can properly define “woke.” It’s just another example of white people misappropriating Black culture in the worst ways.

Anyway, Lil Ron is Big Worried that Judge Walker will — GASP — rule fairly and, therefore against him.

Awww, losers hate to keep losing.

Sad!

His crack legal staff clearly got their degrees at Trump University’s Law School.

Their motion claims Judge Walker “demonstrated potential partiality” in the related cases by mentioning Disney as an “example of state retaliation.”

Considering Walker’s previous statements, “The court’s impartiality in this matter might reasonably be questioned,” DeSantis’ lawyers said in their motion.

Um…what?

In checking my FloridaMan-to-English dictionary, this translates into:

“We’ve lost in front of Judge Walker and we’re tired of all the losing.”

Hot tip: when MAGAts know they’re losing, they lean into semantics arguments.

Fun!

Hopefully, Walker slips them the legal version of a Mickey and continues holding Commander DeathSantis accountable for scapegoating the LGBTQ+ community.

In the meantime, it looks like nothing is going to stop Florida’s GOP Governor (and part-time government censor) from running for President in 2024.

No, not even videos of him acting like a howler monkey.

At least he’ll be costing his state billions in potential revenue.

Because Floriduh.
