JIM JORDAN: The regular “hillbilly” is sick of hearing about Trump’s indictments

It was not surprising to see Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) on Fox News today screaming about what people should and shouldn’t be paying attention to because he has a lot of experience in telling people that certain things should just be left alone and not talked about.

Rep. Jordan is so angry that the news is following these Trump charges because, he assures us, the regular “hillbilly” is sick of hearing about these things.

Hey, it takes one to know one, and, to be fair, he included himself as a hillbilly.

But the only thing Jim Jordan is angry about is that a lot of their little secrets might come spilling out in the DC trial.

After all, Trump wasn’t just going to interrupt the bicameral gathering and bust up the counting processes by himself. He needed help.

Jim Jordan also happens to be a guy who did discuss Congressional pardons with Trump.

And so who better than Jim Jordan — the man who cried over the phone in an attempt to keep a parent from reporting sexual abuse of Ohio State wrestlers (AKA “Witness tampering”) — to tell the media what the media should be covering and that none of this matters!

Got it? Here is a transcript (Video below) of Jordan explaining why the polls show Trump shouldn’t be charged with a crime and that it just sickens the hillbillies:

“You look at the poll numbers earlier in the week, it’s it’s 54 to 17 in the Republican primary. But more importantly, he’s dead even with Joe Biden in The New York Times poll. So, my gut tells me, if that’s what The New York Times is saying, it’s probably better for President Trump in another poll. And I think this only, again, hardens his support, expands his support, because the country gets it.”

“And I think the reason that’s happening is because so much of the country is sick of this nonstop attack, this ridiculous attack on President Trump for seven years now, and they’re tired of this, this elite attitude in D.C. that says, ‘Oh, we’re better than everyone else, there’s a different set of rules.’”

POINT OF ORDER!

Jimbo, you talkin’ DC Eey-leets saying, “Oh, we’re better than everyone else, there’s a different set of rules…”

Which group was the one that said that they deserved a “re-do” after the election didn’t come out the way they wanted? Which group forcefully attacked the Capitol when a regular ol’ election just didn’t go their way?

Instead of saying “Elite,” why don’t you just say that “White People” were upset that the election didn’t go their way and a gentle experienced man and a young, savvy black woman won the White House?

Continue:

“And I think people in fly-over country, hillbillies in Ohio, or Iowa or Oklahoma, they’re so sick of it, we’re so sick of it. We’re saying, we’re going to support president. I think that’s the take-away, I think that’s the result of all this.” – Jim Jordan, this afternoon on Fox News.

Well, that’s mighty “white” of them, Jim, to support the president. But President Biden hasn’t taken a position on any of this. He isn’t a party and wants no part of it.

As for your boy — “Mr. Trump,” as the judge called him, and not “President Trump” — it is not the Eee-Leeets’ fault that your “president” liked to commit crimes everywhere he goes!

Like it or not, Barack Hussein Obama was faithful to his wife and didn’t have to make an illegal hush money payment to a porn star.

George W. Bush — while being a dick — was not such a jackass as to believe he should take a bunch of top-secret files and continue to play president and then refuse over and over to give them back. War Plans!

And, it is not the Eeee-Leeets’ fault that when Al Gore lost in 2020 (You know? The election he might actually have won had every single Floridian’s vote been counted?), he did not try to stop proceedings. And he didn’t call on an army to invade the Capitol, even though many of us were furious!

So you hillbillies can deal with it. Let the adults, the ones that live all over the country handle it from here.
