DEBTOR: Giuliani faces spending scrutiny as creditors close in on his bankruptcy

Giuliani

The lines to reach into Rudy Giuliani’s pockets are getting long, and it seems as though this new year will start out with the stars brutally aligned against the former New York City mayor and Trump attorney.

It can’t be said, however, that Giuliani doesn’t brutally deserve the problems that await him.

Even during his salad days, Giuliani would never have enough money to pay Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss their quarter of a billion dollar judgment, to name just two of the deserving group of creditors.

But the hair-dye-leaking political operative is a long way from his salad days.

His former staffer, Noelle Dunphy — who is now suing Giuliani for sexual abuse — is aligning herself with the Georgia election workers, the voting machine companies, Hunter Biden, and others to eat up whatever little income or wealth Giuliani still has.

According to the New York Daily News report, the club is getting bigger:

“Rudy Giuliani’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy bid may see him go up against a crowd of creditors currently planning to join forces — and could end up policing every penny he spends if they succeed, the Daily News learned Tuesday.”

“Hunter Biden, a fired Staten Island supermarket worker, defamed Georgia election volunteers, voting machine companies, Giuliani’s former assistant-turned-sexual-assault-accuser Noelle Dunphy, and several high-powered law firms are among the eclectic list of creditors the ex-mayor says are looking to drain his accounts.”

How many people even remembered that Hunter Biden has an open and shut case against Giuliani for defamation? It is almost as though the serial defamer may come to regret running to cameras outside the Four Seasons landscaping company and shouting wild lies about so many people to the public.

Oh, and these are merely the civil suit creditors. Giuliani is going to have to fork over even more money to pay his criminal defense attorneys, who are already suing him for unpaid legal fees. The prosecutors in Fulton County aren’t the slightest bit interested in getting his money.

Wow, things really are aligning against the old boy. It probably couldn’t happen to a more deserving person.

Correction: This story has been revised to eliminate a reference to Noelle Dunphy as Giuliani’s girlfriend prior to the abuse. Giuliani’s girlfriend at the time was Maria Ryan.
